It all began in the early 1960s, when an ever-growing group of enthusiasts began using Lancia cars – Appia, Flavia and even Flaminia – to compete in the road races of the time, the forerunners of the rallies to come. The founding of HF by Cesare Fiorio, together with the advent of the Fulvia, marked a real watershed moment, with the definitive consecration of the Lancia brand on a global level. Between 1962 and 1982, Lancia won one Manufacturers' title, four European Championships, three World Manufacturers' Championships and two FIA Drivers' Cups, writing unforgettable pages in the history of the sport, thanks to drivers and cars of absolute excellence, which are brought back to life in this precious volume.
